SHIPPING

Once shipped, Studio Poirier is not liable for any packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure you enter your information correctly.

Postage is non-refundable. 

We don’t automatically send a printed receipt, if you need one please just let me know and I will include it.

Domestic shipping

Please allow 3-4 working days for processing your order plus shipping time. If you need an order urgently please contact us for a quote for faster delivery.

International shipping

Buyers outside of France are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Studio Poirier is not responsible for delays due to customs. Please keep in mind international mail may be held for up to a month in customs. Depending on your location you may have to pay additional custom fees or taxes in order to receive your package.

Please be patient and understand that international delivery can take a long time.

Returned packages

In the event of a package being unable to be delivered and being returned no refund will be given. Postage must be paid again before the item will be shipped.

Lost and damaged packages

Please contact the delivery company or your local post service. We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please make sure you check dimensions, shipping policies and carefully read the product description before purchase as we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

However, your satisfaction with your purchase is really important to us so if you have any problems with your order please email hello@studiopoirier.com and we will try to find a solution.

 

DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@studiopoirier.com. All damages must be reported within two days of receiving your items including images and a description of the defect.

Please note we are not responsible for damages caused by the delivery company.

 

COLOUR

We do our utmost to accurately represent the colour of our products however colour may vary depending on your screen calibration. Therefore it may appear differently in person.

 

COMMISSIONS

For custom orders, 50% of the quote is payable upfront before we start work. This is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due once you have seen photos of the finished piece, before shipping.
