Soap dish/spoon rest/ tea bag plate 4

This small plate is perfect as either a soap dish, a spoon rest (to rest your dirty spoon or spatula on while cooking) or to put your tea bag on once your drink has brewed.

Each piece is handmade by me and was thrown on my potter's wheel. Made from stoneware clay it is strong and durable. When the piece is leather dry it is fettled and trimmed. Once bone dry it is bisque fired. It is then glazed and high fired to 1260 degrees centigrade for 24 hours in my kiln.
